Announcing the Okeechobee RC Dirt Track

The Okeechobee RC Association, Inc. is proud to announce the construction of a public RC Dirt Track is under construction in Okeechobee County at the Agri-Civic Center located on Rt 70 and Highway 710. The track is being developed as a Family RC Sports Facility by the club using membership funds and public donations with the support of the Okeechobee Board of County Commissioners.  To learn more about the track or how to donate to support the construction, please click on the link below.  

RC Drag Racing

ORCA has been RC Drag Racing every Sunday afternoon at the Agri-Civic Center starting at 4PM.  Everyone is invited, Join us to run or just watch the "Fast Track" fun.  For more information call Joe IV at 863-357-3200  .

Celebrate Model Aviation Day 
August 15, 2015

ORCA will be hosting a Model Aviation Day with an Air and Ground Show on August 15th 2015 at the Agri-Civic Center to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.  All are welcome, there will be lots of Aircraft & Cars on display.  Try your hand at flying an RC plane with one of our instructor pilots.  An RC Airshow will begin at 10:30 immediately followed by an RC Drag Race demonstration.  Lots of seating and parking, and the day is free, no costs to anyone!

Calling ALL Boaters

ORCA is currently growing our boating membership.  We have the perfect boating ponds available at the Agri-Civic Center for sailing, power boat racing or just making waves.  The primary pond is accessible on all sides and sloped gently to the water's edge.  A few of us are already into power boats and sailboats, and we would love the opportunity to share this exciting sport with you.  For more information please call
